Balázs Kádár - Executive Partner

Balázs Kádár has worked nearly 15 years in regional and multinational environment at middle-sized and large businesses as a middle or top executive. At his latest workplace, the Mercedes-Benz Automobile Factory in Kecskemét, he was responsible for the entire HR communications of the company. His special expertise include internal communications, developing company culture, Employer Branding, corporate social responsibility (CSR), integrated marketing communication solutions and branding. As a qualified business & life coach he has helped top executives in their personal development path in the past 5 years.

Szabolcs Takács - Senior Partner

He started working in Human resources management in 2001. He had been working for 5 years as Head of HR at Würth Hungary before he joined Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary in 2011. He was responsible for recruiting, hiring and HR Marketing of the 3000 new colleagues and later on he managed the manpower leasing of several hundreds of staff. In 2014 he continued his career at Vodafone Hungary where he has been responsible for recruitment renewal and restructuring, the extension of regional centres in Hungary with 400 new staff and the successful implementation of Employer Branding . He holds lectures on professional forums and at universities.
